Building Rules & Regulations
Quiet Hours
To maintain a peaceful living environment, quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Residents are expected to be respectful of their neighbours at all times.
Pet Policy
Pets and animals are not permitted in the building unless otherwise authorized in writing by management.
Smoke-Free Building
Mina Haus is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside all apartments, balconies, hallways, and common areas.
Waste and Recycling
Residents must dispose of garbage and recycling responsibly and follow the scheduled collection procedures established by management.
Parking Regulations
Parking is available on-site for residents. Visitor parking is limited and available on a first come, first-served basis. Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be subject to towing.
Guest Policy
Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times. Extended or overnight stays beyond 7 consecutive nights require prior approval from management.
Maintenance Requests
Any maintenance or repair issues should be reported promptly to management to ensure proper follow-up and upkeep of the building.
Rent Payment
Payments are accepted via e-transfer. Rent is payable on the 1st day of each month. Payments received after the 5th may be subject to administrative or late payment fees.
